I think for the Verona-open-air-show they maybe could play a set that's a bit different from the standard-one.

Yes it is probable, we hope something like Rome 2013 8)

In my opinion, it's probable that they will also put large screens. The arena has a capacity of 15 thousand seats. something similar to those used in Indio, with filming of Bob from afar.

Every time we play in this country they understand this music better than anywhere else, for some reason. (after The Wicked Messenger [Frankfurt, Jahrhunderthalle, September 29, 2000] before band credits).

at first I had the same thought. But honestly I don't think that there will be major changes for only one/the very last show of the tour.

Yes, I've been there twice, for Leonard Cohen (2012) and Paul McCartney (2013), and in both cases maxi screens were mounted. For Cohen two little simple side screens, see video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4U29U0Gs_w

For McCartney, see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdhm0SxnkLg

I think Bob Dylan isn't the biggest fan of being filmed.

Can you tell anything about the view in the arena (from the Platea-places, the Tribuna-places and the unnumbered places)?

I think the stage is rather high.

I just buy a ticket in tribuna-places 79,35 euros, from above it is all another emotion! ;)

I recommend you to watch this short video: press conference about the concert in Verona + extracted from the concert: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HyyVAAXwig

So there are two more shows to be announced if he sticks to the rule 28 shows per leg...

I like this logic. Holding out for the last two shows at La Fenice Venezia. Well we can dream, right?

It’s not out of the question, really.
It doesn’t feel like this Leg will end in Verona.

Guessing they’re probably not going north again, so...
Maybe west along the coast of France & fly home?
Or back to the south if the Italian sales were brisk?
Unlikely.

Italy seems saturated this Tour.
Lucky Italians!!!

Yes, guessing a few straggling additional shows...
But where?

Well, the current last show is reasonably close to Milano, they could catch a flight home from there.

More Italian shows seem unlikely, if only because they already announced them in two batches? Putting on a third batch of shows later would be a bit chaotic even for Italian standards, no?

I'd say it's either France or buh-bye!

Bob said this to his band? I wonder why he's done away with pretty much everything except his singing and plink plonking...

He used to bow, say Thanks Ev'body, introduce the band and play harmonica. I'd mention guitar too but I believe he's too old for it now..

Awwhh, Bob man, enuf with da Italians, Germans, Portuguese and Spanish, all those continental types. Us prisoners of the British Isles need some cheering up Man.

There is a shit storm going on here every day. We have to listen to Teresa May being dictated to by UKIP, Johnson and the DUP, messing this place up big time. Johnson wants to build a bridge to France now. U could just load the bus up and dash overe here. Don't make a big deal. Just a quick dash to old blighty would do.

We're dying for some Bob distraction here on these spongey rain soaked islands.

You could have a bag if chips on the way.

Do you believe The Set would work well on a Ballpark Tour?

I believe we have discussed this before.

Nope. Promoters will cancel shows due to low attendance and give a bogus reason for the cancelation [logistics, scheduling conflict, locust season].

If it's a large venue, you can bet Bob will be demanded to sign a Greatest Hits contract or no deal.

He said it aloud to the crowd, you can hear it on the boot. I heard it live.

Maybe they’ll tack on a few more shows in the coming week or 3?

Maybe someone is interested in a summer-concert-row in Cologne:

Cologne Roncalliplatz, open-air-stage directly in front of the dome:

- August 1: Van Morrison
- August 2: Patti Smith
- August 3: Joan Baez
