This is a saturday night, ok, a lot of people have better to do than setlist watching. But isn't it ironic, that Dylan is playing excellent concerts - and even here not many people do really care? At least tonight
So let us talk about possible surprises, even when I think the set at the moment is perfect: Slots for exchanging songs have been #2, #5 and #9. Apart from that, I'd have judged also the closer to be a changing slot. But at least in the gigs I've attended BOATM was so strong as a closer and such a clear statement against refuseniks & critics, that at the moment I'd think, he'll continue to play BOATM. What do you think?

Surprises?
We are an optimistic crowd aren't we?
I'm thinking of changing my whatever-you-call-it to "Refuse Nick"
That's awesome.

Although, if Bob ever plays Greece again, I'm in...

:D So, to quote Mr. Cohen: "There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in." But it is optimism, too, to dream of a concert in Greece. But who knows, maybe in summer 2018?

By the way: Any news from London?

Standard set. Lovesick, Autumn Leaves, Charlie's solo on Tangled highlights. Second half of the show was pretty dull; Spirit has replaced Memphis Blues as the de facto toilet break song. Soon After Midnight should never find its way on to a Dylan setlist. Blowin.
Is just boring. Thin Man was OK; great guitar; less good vocal. Duquesne Whistle suffers from the lack of the main riff. Long and Wasted Years is an awful excuse for a song. All the Sinatra songs were performed with aplomb. One show is more than enough for me. Nice venue though.

This guy is right. Dunno what most of you here expect or want. Tonight was excellent. Dylan was totally engaged, sang real well, sound and band superb, audience much better than Friday. What's not to love?
