Hello, maybe this will be useful to someone:

Every ticket you buy for a show at the Rockhal is valid for free public transport within the whole Grand-Duchy.
Your concert ticket = your travel ticket. All you have to do is show your concert ticket (hard ticket or e-ticket) to take the train or bus free of charge across the Grand Duchy to the Rockhal, and back.

I just checked the timetable and discovered that the direct train between Luxembourg Gare Central and Belval-Universite (line 60) is not running this weekend due to construction works.
There is a train from Luxembourg to Petange where you can change to Belval, and there are also bus connections.
