I wonder why the intermission is dropped yet roughly the same number of songs

I was wondering that; if the set keeps growing like this it will get to Springsteen levels by the end of tour.

Thank you for setting the matter straight, Bill

Sorry folks! I posted the previous night's list within the first 20 mins of the show as somewhat of a joke. Then I fell asleep & no one else ever came around until Bill graciously posted the official lost...It was not intended to be taken seriously and I apologize profusely for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone. In the future I will be more considerate of the consequences that such childish joking around may create. (Although that may be quite difficult in practice.) Sorry to leave some people inaccurately thinking there were only 4 Sinatras, instead of the actual 5.

And, Bill Pagel rocks.
I don't ever officially believe any list until
I see it posted on boblinks!

That is a fact!

Thank you Bill!

Not sure what scares me more... The idea of a 6th Sinatra song or the return of Spirit on the Water.

(Just kidding, Spirit on the Water scares me most)

At least he's adding to them and not replacing others with them, I don't care if he plays 20 sinatra songs if that meant we got 35 total.... Of course I would prefer he added other songs but at this point I guess we are gonna have to take what we get and appreciate it while we have it.

My greatest fear is that Spirit will be the last longish song his memory will allow him to sing. The horror!

I haven't been paying close enough attention.

Has the set since Desert Trip remained the same?

Yes, except that Things Have Changed is back to open and he's been gradually adding more Sinatra-related songs. He presumably really loves to sing them.

Also, there's no more intermission--different show/different structure.

So it looks like Tony is playing guitar not bass on two songs (Lonsome Day and MYFML)...any precedent for this...or thoughts about why?

I think it's only a typing mistake. The mistake starts in the Shreveport (October 25 2016) setlist:

10. Lonesome Day Blues (Bob on piano, Donnie on lap steel, Stu on electric guitar,
Tony on electric guitar)
11. Make You Feel My Love (Bob on piano, Donnie on pedal steel,
Stu on acoustic guitar, Tony on electric guitar)
17. Long And Wasted Years (Bob center stage, Tony on pedal steel,
Stu on acoustic guitar, Tony on standup bass) Where is Donnie, smoking something or what? ?

And probably he copy and paste the same thing in Baton Rouge and Jackson. Only a typing mistake, I think.
