Hi all, I've been lucky enough to score front row tickets for Dylan when he tours Brisbane in August. Im only 18 (yes I know that getting into Dylan in my first year of college is pretty cliche) so this wll be my first oppurtunity to see Bobby :)
Anyway I havent seen any information on here regarding the tour merchandise for the recent tour, do they even sell any?
Thanks heaps guys

Yes, T-shirts, hats, beanie (at least at the fall tours), posters, concert programs, stickers, handbags, etc..

They do, but more often than not, the unofficial stuff is much better than what they sell....

Yeah, the unofficial Euro-tour shirt this year was actually quite good (it has the Shadows in the Night cover on the back.)
And so is the Cork/Dublin shirt too

I just realized the acronym for the new album is going to cause some problems.

Welcome to the club Jamester, and a special welcome to a fellow 18 year old! The last Dylan show I went to (last April  ) had all kinds of stuff: CDs, Shirts, Stickers, Hats, etc. No beanies at that one but that does sound cool! You will certainly have a great time!

Yep. In Champaign last April, they had the Essential Dylan CD for sale. Of course, it was three times what it cost anywhere else....

Okay. Pretty sure they don't do that here.

(Like when Bob said you could buy Denny's CDs in the lobby.... )

Dogg - He sells his programs in Europe? I have a bunch of old tour programs but I haven't seen them sold in the States for a long time or I probably would have bought one (if it contained ModBob photos).

If I may reply to that, he often has specific European tour programs, but the content only varies slightly from year to year, with parts of it recycled over the years. I have quite a few (slightly) different ones.

I sure wish they'd find a new photo for the posters, too. That's another thing I never liked (but bought on special occasions anyway).

I've never seen a program at any concerts here in the states either. And that picture really does need to go.

So they haven't sold a program in the US since 2007. I would certainly buy one if they sold them here.

Thanks - looks like I have most of the ones on that page - they vary a bit, too, I think. Bob hasn't sold them here in quite a few years that I can remember. That's why you haven't seen them, Nightingale. It would be nice if he came out with a recent one.

It's funny how he updates his merchandise in Europe specific to the city/town - like the program but doesn't even sell a program here anymore.

When I'd buy programs they were all the same for whatever specific tour he was doing.

Me, too - if it had some nice, recent photos or info.

Well, if you don't have one yet that makes total sense.

re: The show posters. I usually only buy posters now if he's in my hometown or it's a new design (like AmericanaRama). Otherwise, I have a million of them all with mostly the same photo.
