Sorting out my things after this tour, I was wondering if there are people around here who can help me out with copies (actual real ones or photocopies or scans) of previews / reviews / articles about the concerts this summer between Berlin and Lyon. Good / bad reviews, any language, no matter.... flyers / handbills, anything. Can trade.

The thing is, I'm usually not in town anymore the next morning when reviews come out.

Anyone here been to Cap Roig? Amazingly beautiful big plastic flags announcing the concert on lampposts lining the streets - I really wanted one of those, but the tempest didn't come.

Anyway, any scrapbooking help will be gratefully received - thank you, friends. :)

I hope people come through for you. You should have asked before the tour!

Yes, I never think of these things on time, I just gather what I can get while on the road, and this time it's not too much. I had one offer for scans of three Berlin reviews so far, looking forward to reading those. :)

Btw, we bought one too many "bootleg" posters, a quite nice large size double-sided one, if anyone's interested. Can post photos if needed.

Post it please. I'd like to see what a bootlegged poster looks like. (Not a poster of you, since you are the actual poster, but rather, the actual poster itself, thanks)

Just a second, sir.

Here they are, back and front (and thanks for asking, only now do I realize it says the wrong place on one side...).

i've always wondered about those people selling unofficial merchandise outside the concert venue. do they follow bob around on his tour?

Some do and some don't.
Italy is a big market for these kinds of things, they always have countless T-shirt stalls. Bob's former official merchandise girl once told me they knew they couldn't stop it. It happens a lot in Spain and France, too, but the Italians are best.

And usually better than the official bland stuff.

Yes.... most still feature the eye logo and I'm trying to avoid this, but otherwise you can find some pretty good stuff.

It's really difficult to find stuff without the words Bob Dylan on them. That's what I look for and them bootleggers think I'm crazy. We know who it is already.

I'm mostly looking for stuff with new 21st century photos, because that's the one I see. That combined with no eye is near impossible, too.

This is the best I could do in terms of post-'60s photos this time....

I'm still carrying the gift you gave.... on the streets of Bilbao. Bob got the same gift at Cap Roig (or did you take it home again?).
