Sorry to create a new topic just about this but I'm really happy that Bob finally plays the grand piano on stage. The arrangements are just great (Can't Wait, can't stop listening, and Hop Farm Love Sick). I really can't wait for the French dates. Thanks Bob.

sounded really good on Rollin and a Tumblin! (Now, Bob, you shld practice all your songs :?

I find the grand piano sound an improvement over the keyboard/organ sound. I think it sounds better no matter what/how he plays.

I do agree those w/other posters who think he shld let up on the band a bit. There is such a thing as over-arranging a song.

Love it too- The beginning sounds, the arrangements he's doing, the lingering around on it at the end of some songs. I like the way it looks on the stage... the way he looks seated there :)-with no hat, or even with, but more without. Speaking of recent looks, someone posted something of him standing at his keyboard, I think, in the sunglasses, with no hat, in white pants oh well then.
Anyway, it just seems like the piano really works, on a number of levels, although my comments are only from seeing videos.

From a thread about Piano Street Legal

Is your love in vain?

Where are you tonight?

Hope this may be of interest.

I would like to "see" them do Senor with Bob at the piano, partly in the softer voice.

Links if you still have them available?

I like the thump, thump in Love Sick. It's still there, too, in the back, even with the piano.
