I'd love to see the Montreux show. I think they announce the festival line-up sometime in April. I'm curious what jazz there will be. Hopefully there're still good bands mixed in.

Me too! :D

I hope it will be as great as Hamburg was last summer. I am also thinking about going to Dresden, but that would be irrational. ;-)

It's never irrational to go see Bob. Do it if you can.

I also got "Front of Stage" in Bonn :). Does anyone know yet, how this block will be handled? Will there be a second waiting line outside?

We should definitely find out in time how they are planning to handle this, unless chaos ensues. I will try and ask information a bit closer to the time.

I would assume that they just fence off a small area in front of the stage and check your tickets again there, similiar to the common practice at big open air shows and kinda like they did at some Bob shows in 2000. They also did this at the previous Bonn show (different venue, same promoter), althoiugh they didn't sell seperate tickets for FOS back then.

Very uncommon though to sell FOS at the same price. I like that.

It's a brand new venue though, their first ever show (AFAIK) is the Lou Reed gig a week before Bob, so how they really handle things is a bit up in the air at the moment

I don't recall any extra checking in Bonn in '04, what was it?

No, they didn't check, but they did have the fenced off FOS area back then as well. It was first come, first served then, that's why I assume that it's the same concept, just with an extra check at the FOS barrier.

Oh I didn't know that they are on sale already! :O

I'll wait a bit and hope for some extra dates, hopefully in Sweden. Otherwise I'm going to Berlin! 8)

These are big enough venues, so I don't think they will sell out quickly. However, if you look at the route so far, Scandinavian dates seem highly unlikely to me.

As I said before. There will not be any concerts in Sweden.

Zitadelle Spandau, is that a good venue? Looks like a cool palce, what's the capacity?

Depending on the event, anything from 3,000 to 10,000

So what would be reasonable in Bob's case?

I've not been there, but I'm looking forward to going.
I'm kind of wondering about queuing, too....

Since it's general admission, it should be towards the higher numbers.

Looks like they were going for German venues with capacities with up to 10,000 (Bonn as well), that won't look like totally empty even with 5,000. Smart move, I guess.

It looks like Bob will play a 1h30 set in Bayonne according to this site (21h30 - 23h, they say).

http://www.prolymp.com/nos-evenements/? ... nt_id=1559

We'll be able to buy tickets on April 4, 10 am.

For a second there you had me think he was going to play at 1.30 am.
If true, let's just hope it's a shorter set due to his age (or whatever), and doesn't indicate a support act.

Ah ah ah, "Bob Dylan to play an electro set in Bayonne from 1.30 to 3.30 am. Special guest, David Guetta" :) I hope it doesn't mean a support act too...

I think one could be closely linked to the other. To have Dylan on stage at 7.00pm (in some cities) for a 95 min set to be over at 8.35pm for 60-80 Euros, well, it would look slightly odd.
