The shows haven't been confirmed on bobdylan.com and yet ticket sale is starting tomorrow - would you take the risk and get tickets?

This is the website of the German promoter. They wouldn't post it if it wasn't confirmed. If you mean "not posted on bobdylan.com", that happens all the time for European tours, it's nothing unusual. Just don't expect them to post information in time in the first place. Yes, sure, I'm getting my tickets in the morning.

What is it with Bob and Germany recently? Did he not play about 12 dates there last year?

Someone needs to tell Bob that an extensive tour of Fife is an incredible idea.

I'm astonished that such a glamorous location hasn't tempted him before.

he could play Methil, at the home of East Fife and Britain's ugliest football ground. Methil incidently is the 4th worst place to live in the UK... and the NET's never been there!

Edit: Johanna, I never knew Pretty-Peggy-O was about Fife!

That's a classy proper old school traditional football ground. I'd take that over the Emirates any day...joking aside doesn't that ground only have one stand?

Shame, I bet it was a thriving place at one time. I blame Thatcher.

There are a lot of really desolate mining villages around east fife. Do blame Thatcher!

I'm sure they'll fill in the gaps and probably add some dates after 22 July. Three weeks seems quite short.

Wellllll... It's obvious he doesn't love us over here. Then, again, our wine isn't as good, (generally) and the women aren't as pretty. But we have lots of casinos. And ballparks. What's not to love? I mean, just because Europe has all those beautiful, historic venues, and famous museums, and wonderful food, So?
