Maybe if we all hop the fence they will not have the money next time round to lure him into playing their shitty festival.
I can only presume it is money and that alone which keeps bringing him back to this joke of a festival.

JP - why were you so convinced Bob wouldn't be coming to the UK this year?

Because that was what I was told. I guess he was eventually tempted by the big bucks.

Thanks. Yeah I bet you are right. Glad he's coming. Just gonna wait to see if Hop releases the single day tickets and then hope Bob, Dr. John, and Patti are on the same day, preferably in a row. Or all on stage for Bob's encore?!

Didn't they have single day tickets last time? Benicassim will release them eventually, too.

Does anyone know how easy it would be to jump over the fence and get in for free? Genuine question. Will I need a spade or a pair of wirecutters?

Just in case you bother listening to that advice let me save you some time...

"hello, can I have a free ticket please?".

"No".

Exactly what planet do you live on?!

Nope. I don't do TV and very rarely do films. Weird, I know. Never even heard of Ken Loach.

Nooo Joanna, I've warned you before about the horrors of the Daily Mail! Read a nice paper instead like The Independent.

You're just not well informed.
There's ppl who've attended hundreds of shows and never bought a ticket !

In the UK to be a regular reader of the DM is to admit to having a world viewpoint somewhat to the right of Attila the Hun.

The Daily Mail is the most widely viewed newspaper website IN THE WORLD - this is insane, and very worrying. I think for Americans online it provides a mix of American and British celebrity gossip, and in the UK it focuses on mad racist homophobic jingoism.

To be fair, some of them do pay, but usually below face value. People used to try and get tickets from people leaving festivals before the(ir) main attraction, so they'd get in free or cheaper, too, though the age of the festival wrist band makes this a bit difficult. With no word did I suggest asking for freebies at the box office, but there are always people whose partner/friend/kid/whatever cannot attend, so if they can't sell their spares, they will give them away.

Think the Daily Mail would like to turn the clock back to the days when everyone in Britain was white when to committ acts of homosexuality was illegal when hanging hadn`t been abolished when couples who had children out of wedlock were frowned upon and more importantly when there was no such thing as human bloody rights !!
