Count the number of times "BLOODSHOT" is said in the opening of the song; is it 9 times? Or is it ten times? I only hear 9.

The music playing behind Bob's intro is Blood Count by Duke Ellington/Billy Strayhorn. Elvis Costello fans have got to know it since, recently, Elvis added words to it and , under the name My Flame Burns Blue , recorded it for a Strayhorn tribute album.

This turned out to be one of my favorite shows. I enjoyed all the songs and loved the tidbits of knowldedge and Bob was so chatty happy. I should never doubt the theme :P

Thanks for this one and all the others before!

I love hearing Bob crack up laughing. Also I loved hearing the last song Blood in My Eyes by the original (?) artists. It was fun to compare that version with Bob's.

"Bucket Of Blood" is my new favorite song! This ranks up there with any song played in any episode! It knocks over "I Used To Work In Chicago" and "There's A Fly On Baby's Head" and even "Get Out Of The Car"! It's a Bucket Of Blood....

I only just heard it today, but the "horseradish" thing is classic. :D
